  • Overtime Equalization The assignment of overtime shall be reasonably equalized within classifications. The normal maximum hours officers will be scheduled is (15) fifteen hours. Upon field training competition, probationary officers will begin their total overtime hours on the overtime equalization chart at the average of all members within the officer classification. An overtime equalization chart shall be maintained within the department. The chart shall list all overtime offers and each officer’s declined and accepted hours for each particular offer. Each time an officer is offered overtime, the number of overtime hours worked, or the number of hours declined, will be credited to officer’s chart. The overtime equalization chart shall be posted monthly.

  • Wages A transferring employee will be paid in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Contribution Formula Health Coverage a. Faculty Member Coverage. For faculty member health coverage for the 2018 2022 and 2019 2023 plan years, the Employer contributes an amount equal to ninety-five percent (95%) of the employee- only premium of the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan (Advantage).

  • Flexible Work Hours Upon request of an authorized employee, the State may establish flexible work hours for a Xxxx 00 employee upon agreement between the employee and the employer. Any flexible work hour schedule shall not exceed thirty (30) days.

  • Sick Leave Donations Employees in the Unit as well as officers above the rank of sergeant and other non-bargaining unit employees in the Police Department may donate sick leave for the purpose of providing authorized sick leave to any Unit member who has exhausted all accrued annual, compensatory and sick leave. Sick leave means leave earned under Section A. of this Article. The procedures governing donation of sick leave followed in implementing the Sick Leave Donor Program established by the predecessor Agreement between the parties shall remain in effect, except as provided in Section P of this Article. Where the FOP has an established leave donation agreement with another bargaining unit within Xxxxxxxxxx County, the employer agrees to honor the agreement pursuant to the applicable contractual requirements of the bargaining unit and transfer sick leave as requested.   • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.
