FUTURE WAGES a. Physical Therapist and Medical Social Worker i. Effective July 26, 2020 – 3% ATB ii. Effective July 25, 2021 – 3% ATB iii. Effective July 24, 2022 – 3% b. Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapist i. Effective July 26, 2020 – lump sum bonus equivalent to 3%* ii. Effective July 25, 2021 – lump sum bonus equivalent to 3%* iii. Effective July 24, 2022 – 3% ATB *Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapist will receive a one-time lump sum bonus payment equal to 3% of the employee’s base compensation for the preceding 26 pay periods. Base compensation includes all regular hours paid and PTO paid. Excluded from the base compensation for calculation of the payment is overtime, PTO payout, ESL, standby, callback and other premium pays. The payment will be subject to applicable withholdings and deductions. Payment will be included in the paycheck for the first full pay period following ratification.

  • Overtime Equalization The assignment of overtime shall be reasonably equalized within classifications. The normal maximum hours officers will be scheduled is (15) fifteen hours. Upon field training competition, probationary officers will begin their total overtime hours on the overtime equalization chart at the average of all members within the officer classification. An overtime equalization chart shall be maintained within the department. The chart shall list all overtime offers and each officer’s declined and accepted hours for each particular offer. Each time an officer is offered overtime, the number of overtime hours worked, or the number of hours declined, will be credited to officer’s chart. The overtime equalization chart shall be posted monthly.

  • Wages A transferring employee will be paid in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • 401(k) 1(a)(6) apply and the allocation method should not result in a cash or deferred election for the self-employed Participant. The Employer by the due date of its tax return (including extensions) must advise the Plan Administrator or Trustee in writing as to the allocation rate applicable to each Participant under Election 28(d)(1) or applicable to each classification under Elections 28(d)(2) or (3) for the allocation Plan Year.]

  • Other Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.

  • Profit Sharing Profit sharing, bonuses, or other similar compensation of any kind paid by CM/GC to its employees.

  • Overtime for Part-Time Employees ‌ (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee. (b) A part-time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full-time employee, and who is required to work other than their regularly scheduled workdays, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked up to and including the normal workdays in the workweek of a full-time employee. (c) Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of (a) and (b) above.

  • Future Employment During Executive’s Company Employment and for eighteen (18) months following the termination of such employment for any reason, before accepting any employment with any Competitive Business (whether or not Executive believes such employment is prohibited by Section 8), Executive shall disclose to the Company the identity of any such Competitive Business and a complete description of the duties involved in such prospective employment, including a full description of any business, territory or market segment to which Executive will be assigned. Further, during Executive’s Company Employment and for two years following the termination of such employment for any reason, Executive agrees that, before accepting any future employment, Executive will provide a copy of this Agreement to any prospective employer of Executive, and Executive hereby authorizes the Company to do likewise, whether before or after the outset of the future employment.

  • Hour Shifts When the Employer deems it necessary to implement a twelve (12) hour work day, affected employees shall be notified pursuant to Clause 14.05. The following Clauses shall be replaced or added to the Collective Agreement where appropriate.

  • Apprentice Wages (a) Apprentices’ rates of pay are set out in Appendix B which includes the description of the calculations.

  • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).
