Garbage Pick-Up on Holiday. It is agreed that, if garbage is to be picked up on a Statutory Holiday, employees will be paid in accordance with the provisions of Article XIX, Clause 19.04 (b) or in lieu thereof be granted two (2) days off, if required to work a full shift on a Statutory Holiday.
