Common use of General Education Clause in Contracts

General Education. a. Any courses included in a degree or certificate program directly related to an Employee’s job classification as approved by their Department Head and the Administrator of Human Resources. b. Any University, College, or Adult School course that is job related and aligns with an Employee’s current job description, or possible future promotional position with the County Office, as approved by their Department Head and the Administrator of Human Resources.
