Common use of General Increases Clause in Contracts

General Increases. A. Each eligible employee shall receive any increases appropriated for that purpose by the Florida Legislature for 2024‐2027. B. Employees who meet the criteria for increases as set forth by the Florida Legislature and who have a current performance evaluation of "satisfactory" or better, shall be eligible for the legislatively appropriated increases. C. Eligible employees whose salaries are funded from a contract, grant, auxiliary, or local fund shall receive salary increases equivalent to employees whose salaries are funded from E&G sources, provided that such salary increase is permitted by the terms of the contract or grant and adequate funds are available for this purpose within the contract, grant, auxiliary, or local fund.
