Full Time Regular Employees Filling Temporary Vacancies. A Full Time Regular Employee who secures a temporary vacancy pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall retain his or her status as a Full Time Regular Employee during such assignment and shall retain all rights and entitlements applicable to a Full Time Regular Employee under this Agreement including, but not limited to, the right to apply for posted job vacancies or to be temporarily promoted. Upon completion of the temporary assignment, the Full Time Regular Employee shall return to work in the job and work location he or she held immediately prior to the temporary assignment and shall be kept "whole" in all respects under this Agreement as if he or she had remained working in such former position for the duration of the temporary assignment, unless, in the interim, the Employee has obtained another job in the bargaining unit in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Agreement, in which case the Employee shall be placed in the new job.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

Employees teaching Adult Education academic programs including: High School Completion Program, Pathfinder High School Completion Program, Academic Business Education Program, General Equivalency Diploma Program, Adult Basic Education Program, Adult English as a Second Language Program, and Adult Special Education Program, in the Continuing Education Division.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.
