Red-Circled Employees Sample Clauses
Red-Circled Employees. A. When a red-circled employee is promoted or reclassified upward, the compensation level for the individual is determined in accordance with the promotion policy in Section II – Promotion.
B. When a red-circled employee is reclassified downward, the compensation is determined by the downgrade policy in Section VI.B. – Involuntary Downgrade (No Fault Downgrade).
C. When a red-circled employee's title is upgraded, salary is calculated in accordance with Section VII.
D. When a red-circled employee's title is downgraded, salary is calculated in accordance with Section VIII.
Red-Circled Employees. Across-the-board salary schedule increases do not apply to red-circled employees.
Red-Circled Employees. Red-circled employees whose regular salary does not exceed the maximum of the new salary scales on the respective date shall:
Red-Circled Employees. Permanent employees whose regular salary rate exceeds the maximum of the new salary scale for the respective CG level shall receive a cash payment of the percentage increase applicable for their salary rate. This cash payment will be paid bi-weekly for each regular hour worked.
Red-Circled Employees. (a) Red-circled employees whose regular salary does not exceed the maximum of the new salary scales on the respective date shall:
i) be placed on Step 3 of the new scale; and
ii) receive a cash payment of the difference between the hourly increase applicable for their salary as listed in 1(a) above and the salary increase received by being placed on Step 3. This cash payment will be paid for each regular hour worked.
(b) Employees whose regular salary scale rate exceed the maximum of the new salary scale on the respective date shall receive a cash payment of the hourly increase applicable for their salary scale rate. This cash payment will be paid for each regular hour worked.
Red-Circled Employees. 1. Employees in a category considered to be “red-circled” shall have their wages frozen for the purposes of steps and across-the-board increases.
2. Longevity increases shall be paid on appropriate seniority basis.
3. Red-circled employees who are slotted in steps beyond those appropriate to their seniority shall remain in those steps until such time as the pay plan catches up.
