General Manager Review. In the event the grievance was not resolved in Step 1, the employee and the Shop Xxxxxxx shall present the grievance in writing to the General Manager of the facility within fourteen (14) calendar days from the occurrence giving rise to the grievance. Within seven (7) calendar days after submission, the General Manager will meet with the employee and the Shop Xxxxxxx to discuss the grievance. The General Manager will render a decision in writing within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the meeting.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
