General Knowledge means (i) general skills or experience gained during Executive’s employment with, consultation for or work for the Company; and (ii) information and data publicly available.
General Knowledge means information in non-tangible form which may be retained by persons who have had access to Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information, including ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained therein.
General Knowledge means sufficient for practical purposes.

Neither party shall have any obligation to limit or restrict the assignment of persons or to pay royalties for any work resulting from the use of such General Knowledge.
