Common use of GENERAL VACATION PROVISION Clause in Contracts

GENERAL VACATION PROVISION. The vacation year shall be based upon an employee’s anniversary date as a regular full-time or part-time employee. Vacations may be taken at any time during the year mutually agreeable to the Employer and the employee subject to the scheduling requirements of the department. Employees may take vacation in increments of not less than one (1) day at a time.
