Getting Paper Copies. You may obtain a copy of the electronic documents by downloading them within 60 days of the transaction being complete. You may also request a paper copy from the State of Michigan agency of which you are doing business with. If you elect to receive a paper copy directly from the State of Michigan agency, you may be charged based on the agency policy and fees. You may request delivery of such paper copies by following the State of Michigan contact procedure outlined below.

Each delivery of the U.S. Placement Memorandum and any such Supplementary Material will constitute consent by the Corporation to the use of the U.S. Placement Memorandum and any such Supplementary Material required to be prepared and/or filed under U.S. Securities Laws by the U.S. registered broker-dealer affiliates of the Underwriter and members of the Selling Dealer Group (if any) for the distribution of the Offered Shares for sale in the United States in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Multiple Copies This Agreement may be executed in any number of copies and each such copy shall be deemed an original.

  • Paper Destruction DST shall shred all paper waste containing Fund Data and dispose in a secure and confidential manner making it unrecoverable.

  • BACKUP COPY You may make one backup copy of the software. You may use it only to reinstall the software.

  • WASHINGTON’S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS SOLUTION (WEBS). Contractor represents and warrants that it is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of its information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Master Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.
