Goal Setting. Each unit member shall participate in an annual goal setting process to establish goals and objectives. The evaluator shall review the Evaluation Criteria in Article 12. 2.1 with all unit members who are on the evaluation cycle. 12.4.1 The goals and objectives shall be mutually agreed upon between evaluator and unit member. 12.4.1.1 In the event the evaluator and unit member cannot reach agreement on the goals and objectives, a panel, consisting of one member appointed by the District, one member appointed by the Association and one mutually agreed upon member to be appointed by the two appointees, shall finally resolve the goals and objectives. 12.4.1.2 In the event that the unit member is on a formal plan for performance improvement, the goals and objectives shall be set by the evaluator.
