Government-Furnished Facilities. The Government shall furnish a list of all facilities for removal or partial removal as part of the demolition process. Contractor shall take possession of all property described in the task order PWS for dismantling or demolition. Ownership of the property to be dismantled/demolished shall vest in the Contractor immediately upon issuing the notice to proceed (NTP) with the work unless otherwise directed in the task order PWS.
Government-Furnished Facilities. Government-Furnished Facilities. The Government will only furnish the facilities identified in the contract for the labor categories working on tasking in SOW Section 3.3.
Government-Furnished Facilities. The Government will furnish or make available to the Contractor the facilities described in Attachment J, Annex 1700000, SPEC Item 2.4.1. The Contractor shall be responsible and accountable for such facilities accepted for use and shall take adequate precautions to prevent fire hazards, odors, and vermin. Janitorial and refuse collection services for Government-furnished facilities shall be provided by the Contractor. The Contractor shall obtain written approval from the Contracting Officer prior to making any modifications or alterations to the facilities. Any such modifications or alterations approved by the Government will be made at the expense of the Contractor. At the completion of the contract all facilities shall be returned to the Government in the same condition as received, except for reasonable wear and tear.
Government-Furnished Facilities. The Government shall determine facility requirements and locations for meetings and program reviews, as well as suitable infrastructure to manage program requirements to support the scope of activities. The Contractor will be authorized access to Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) owned/Government owned equipment, which shall be utilized during the performance of tasks stated in Section 3.0 of this contract.
