Extra Duty Compensation A. This schedule is based on time devoted by the unit member beyond the regular at-school duty hours. TEACHER COMPENSATION Section A: Definition and Placement Paragraph 1: Each teacher employed by the Board shall be compensated for the professional services which he/she renders during the professional days for the term of a contract year. This compensation shall be termed salary and the amount of such salary each teacher receives for a contract year shall be deter- mined by his/her placement on the Teachers Salary Schedule (Section B, Para- graph 1 of this Article).
Fees and Compensation Managers and Officers may receive such compensation and fees, if any, for their services, and such reimbursement for expenses, as may be determined by resolution of the Board.
Injury Compensation Employees covered by this Agreement shall be covered by Subchapter I of Chapter 81 of Title 5, and any amendments thereto, relating to compensation for work injuries. The Employer will promulgate appropriate regulations which comply with applicable regulations of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs and any amendments thereto.
Monetary Compensation 3-4.01 In accordance with section 34 of the Act respecting the representation of resources, an integrated, overall percentage of 10.1% stands in lieu of monetary compensation for days of leave equivalent to those paid under the Act respecting labour standards (CQLR, c. N-1.1) and the National Holiday Act (CQLR, c. F-1.1).
Reporting Compensation (a) Reporting time is the time designated or recognized as the start of the daily workshift or weekly work schedule.
Holiday Compensation 1. Those employees working a five-day per week schedule with Saturdays and Sundays as normal days off shall receive cash payment for eight (8) hours per holiday subject to the conditions of this article.
Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.
PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.
