Reduced-Time Provisions for Long-Service Employees. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 13.5(a) and 9.10(b)(iv) of the Agreement, any employee aged fifty-five (55) years or over and with ten (10) or more years of full-time service at Carleton University is entitled to, and may apply for, a special reduced-time arrangement on the basis of the provisions set out below:

Reduced-Time Provisions for Long-Service Employees. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 27.1, 27.3 and 27.8 of the Agreement, any Member aged sixty (60) years or over and with twenty (20) or more years of full-time service at Nipissing University is entitled to a special reduced-time arrangement on the basis of the provisions set out below:
Reduced-Time Provisions for Long-Service Employees. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Article and of the Agreement, any employee aged fifty-five (55) years or over and with ten (10) or more years of full-time service at University is entitled to, and may apply for, a special reduced-time arrangement on the basis of the provisions set out below: A faculty employee shall normally be assigned a teaching load of one-half of the normal teaching load as defined in Article Any deviation from this normal teaching load shall occur only at the request of the employee concerned, and with the agreement of the xxxx. A faculty employee's workload in the other areas of responsibility (graduate and honours student supervision, research, and service to the University) shall be pro-rated so that total workload, including the teaching load as defined in above, does not exceed one-half of a full workload as defined in Article in any remaining year of service. The distribution of the reduced workload, as defined in above, in respect of the normal components of a full workload, as defined in Article shall be a matter of agreement, subject to above, between the employer and the faculty employee. An Instructor or professional librarian employee shall be assigned a workload that does not exceed one-half of a full workload, as defined by Article as appropriate to category of employee.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Benefits for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee including a casual employee, and a temporary employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or part by the Hospital, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay, and maternity supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.

  • Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.

  • Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools The Employer will replace all employee tools lost or stolen while stored in a room, building, premises, job, workshop, Employer vehicle or in a lock, up to a value as specified in Appendix A. Where evidence is produced by the employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer shall pay the additional amount.

  • Requiring Health Benefits for Covered Employees Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of the Health Care Accountability Ordinance (HCAO), as set forth in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12Q, including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as the same may be amended from time to time. The provisions of section 12Q.5.1 of Chapter 12Q are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. The text of the HCAO is available on the web at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx. Capitalized terms used in this Section and not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in Chapter 12Q.

  • Eligibility for Overtime Compensation (a) Overtime compensation rates for all hours worked in excess of the workday and workweek identified below shall be as follows:

  • Special Provisions for Affected Systems For the re-payment of amounts advanced to Affected System Operator for System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades, the Developer and Affected System Operator shall enter into an agreement that provides for such re-payment, but only if responsibility for the cost of such System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades is not to be allocated in accordance with Attachment S to the ISO OATT. The agreement shall specify the terms governing payments to be made by the Developer to the Affected System Operator as well as the re-payment by the Affected System Operator.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • Refresh Provision for Permanent Employees Permanent Employees returning from LTD or workplace insurance leave to resume their regular working hours must complete eleven (11) consecutive working days at their regular working hours to receive a new allocation of sick/short-term disability leave. If the Employee has a recurrence of the same illness or injury, s/he is required to apply to reopen the previous LTD or WSIB claim, as applicable. The Local union and Local school board agree to continue to cooperate in the implementation and administration of early intervention and safe return to work processes as a component of the Short-Term Leave and Long-Term Disability Plans. In the event the Employee exhausts his/her sick/short-term disability leave allocation from the previous year and continues to work part-time, their salary will be reduced accordingly and a pro-rated sick/short-term allocation for the employee’s working portion of the current year will be provided. The new pro-rated sick/short-term leave allocation may not be used to top-up from part-time to full-time hours. Any changes to hours of work during a fiscal year shall result in an adjustment to the allocation.

  • Reporting of Total Compensation of Subrecipient Executives I. Applicability and what to report. Unless you are exempt as provided in paragraph [4.]of this award term, for each first-tier subrecipient under this award, you shall report the names and total compensation of each of the subrecipient's five most highly compensated executives for the subrecipient's preceding completed fiscal year, if—
