Common use of Granting of Vacation Leave Clause in Contracts

Granting of Vacation Leave. (a) In granting vacation leave with pay to an Employee, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to: schedule vacation leave for all Employees in the fiscal year in which it is earned; not recall an Employee to duty after he has proceeded on vacation leave, other than for an emergency; xxxxx the Employee his vacation leave during the fiscal year in which it is earned at a time specified by him;
