Grease Trap. A Grease receptacle whose rated flow is 50 gpm or less, is located inside a facility or outside a building, above or below the ground, and is designed to collect, contain, or remove food wastes and Grease from the wastewater while allowing the balance of the liquid waste to discharge to the wastewater collection system by gravity.
Grease Trap. A precast concrete grease trap vault with accessible lid shall be provided for the any future commercial kitchen facility. A grease waste line from the building to the grease trap vault shall be provided. The size shall be determined by the selected kitchen equipment and layout, per applicable code. For grease traps located in a loading dock area, vault lids must meet minimum H20/HS20 load rating requirements.
Grease Trap. Tenant shall contract for, in its own name, and shall pay for a qualified service contractor to inspect, clean and repair such grease trap at such intervals as may be required by tenant’s use, but in no event less frequently than once a month and in all events pursuant to regulations established by the health department and equipment specifications. Within three (3) days after Xxxxxxxx’s request, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a copy of the inspection and service report for such grease trap.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.
