Dock Area definition

Dock Area means the area located within a line beginning at the southerly boundary of the channel abutting the North Channel Fire Lane, the point of beginning, then extending along the westerly and southerly right-of-way lines of Woodpecker Ridge Road, the easterly right- of-way line of Manitou Road, the northerly right-of-way line of Crabapple Lane and ending at the point of beginning.
Dock Area means the aggregate of the areas to which Hartshorne Land has rights under the terms of the Dock Agreement or otherwise in connection with the Dock including: 1 the easement for the conveyor belt from a coal mining complex to the dock facility; 2 the lease of the surface estate for the dock facility property; and 3 the lease of the property along the river bank for the riparian and fleeting rights, located at milepost 61 on the Green River in XxXxxx County, Kentucky, United States of America, which areas are delineated on the map in part B of Schedule 13. Dock Area means that part of the dock situated immediately adjacent to the mooring berth of ships, barges or other watercraft which is used primarily for the loading and unloading of waterborne cargo, but which shall not encompass any area other than that area from which cargo is hoisted or moved aboard a vessel, or to which cargo is set down when unloaded from a vessel when utilizing shipboard or dockside machinery.
