Greenwood Avenue and 3rd Street Intersection Analysis. The Alta team will prepare intersection operations assessments for existing and future operations and develop a concept plan for the preferred intersection form. Tasks include the following activities: • Conduct weekday midday (11 a.m. – 1 p.m.) and weekday p.m. (4-6 p.m.) turning movement counts at the 0xx Xxxxxx/Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx intersection. • Conduct a midday and p.m. peak-hour analysis of signalized operations to assess the impacts of restricting westbound right-turn on red. Traffic operations performance measures (queue, delay, capacity) will be reported in a summary memorandum. The analysis will inform whether to restrict westbound right-turn on red in order to reduce conflicts with pedestrians crossing on the north approach. The analysis will also indicate whether queues will conflict with proposed pedestrian crossings on Greenwood at 0xx Xxxxxx. • Conduct a midday and p.m. peak hour analysis of signalized operations to assess the impacts of converting the westbound through-right lane on US 20 (Greenwood) to a right-turn only lane. Traffic operations performance measures (queue, delay, capacity) will be reported in a summary memorandum. Additionally, the memorandum will note other operational changes that need to occur such as changes in signing and striping. The analysis will inform whether the recommended lane configuration on Greenwood West can start at 3rd Street (US 20) or needs to start further west. Analysis will include current conditions as well as one future year condition. • Document analysis in memorandum for submission to the State Traffic Engineer for approval of the proposed modifications. Prepare a Preliminary Signal Operations Design and coordinate with ODOT Region 4 traffic staff for submission to the State Traffic Engineer. • Prepare for and present findings at the Oregon Freight Advisory Committee.

  • Millwright Xxxxx be to assist and work under the direction and instructions I or A. He will work alone at times performing assignments in keeping with his training. During the course of his year, training must become proficient in good practices in the areas of fitting, aligning, lubricating and the operation of all shop tools and machines. In addition to the foregoing, he will be exposed to and the process of learning techniques required in trouble shooting key production machinery, pipe fitting, basic welding and machining but not be expected to display a high degree of proficiency in these areas at this point. Must under direction become proficient in basic welding and pipe fitting as well as dismantling and reassembly of plant equipment.
