Grievance and Arbitration Pay Provisions. Every effort shall be made by both parties to process a grievance outside of regular scheduled work hours. Barring this, the aggrieved employee and the Shop Xxxxxxx of the Union, or Union Representative, shall not suffer any loss of pay or benefits for the total time involved in the processing of a grievance or arbitration.
