Grievance by the WNBA. A grievance by the WNBA shall be submitted to the NBRA’s General Counsel, in writing, within thirty (30) days from the date of the occurrence upon which the grievance is based, or within thirty (30) days from the date upon which the facts giving rise to the grievance became known or reasonably should have become known to the WNBA, whichever is later.

  • Grievance Initiation 33. a. A grievance affecting more than one employee shall be filed with the departmental official having authority over all employees affected by the grievance.

  • Grievance on Layoffs and Recalls Grievances concerning layoffs and recalls shall be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.

  • Group Grievance Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

  • Grievances and Complaints 5.1 It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that grievances and complaints relative to this Agreement or working conditions generally shall be adjusted as quickly as possible.
