Grievance Chairman. The Grievance Chairman shall be an at-large grievance coordinator. The authorized functions of the Grievance Chairman shall include the following: A. Attendance at any City-OPBA joint meeting relating to employee relations and/or grievances; B. Representing the OPBA in investigating and processing grievances in the Grievance Procedure; C. Replacing a Grievance Representative who is absent or unavailable; D. General supervision and coordination of grievances in process, and of Grievance Representatives; and E. Act as liaison between the Administration and the OPBA on matters concerning grievances.
