FOP/OLC REPRESENTATION. Section 4.1. Representative(s) of the FOP/OLC shall be admitted to the Employer's facilities for the purpose of processing grievances or attending meetings as permitted herein. Upon arrival, the FOP/OLC representative shall identify himself to the Employer or the Employer's designated representative.

FOP/OLC REPRESENTATION. Section 1. Non-employee representation by the FOP/OLC shall be admitted to the Employer’s facility for the purpose of processing grievances, attending meetings or for monitoring the administration of this Agreement, upon approval of the Employer or its designee. The Employer or its designee shall facilitate any necessary contact between the representative and an on-duty Bargaining Unit member, provided that arrangement of the contact is not unduly disruptive of the employee’s job responsibilities.

The bargaining unit is allowed two (2) employees, as selected by the Union to act as Union Representative for the purpose of processing and investigating grievances under the Grievance Procedure, shall be known as the Associate. The Associate may have an alternate who shall act in his/her absence. The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of all employees selected to hold the position of Associate, alternate Associate, or any other position within the Union or the bargaining unit within a reasonable time period.
