Grievance Definitions. Grievances are defined as acts, omissions, applications, or interpretations alleged to be violations of the terms or conditions of this Collective Bargaining Agreement. Group grievances are those in which a condition or group of conditions result from the same acts, omissions, applications, or interpretations alleged to be violations of the terms or conditions of this Collective Bargaining Agreement that affect two (2) or more members of the bargaining unit. Grievances may only be expanded in scope with the agreement of both Parties.
