Grievance Definitions. (a) A "grievance" is an allegation or complaint that there has been a violation, misinterpretation, or improper application of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the Faculty By-Laws of Lincoln which have been incorporated into this Agreement or any complaint alleging improper, arbitrary, or discriminatory enforcement of existing rules, regulations, practices, and/or procedures relating to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
