Grievance Mediation Process. (a) Either Party, with the agreement of the other Party, may submit a grievance to Grievance Mediation at any time within thirty (30) days after the Company’s decision has been rendered at Step 2. (b) The mediation will commence within thirty (30) days of the grievance being submitted to Grievance Mediation, or a longer period as agreed by the Parties.
