Grievance Scheduling and Tracking. (a) The parties will schedule two (2) days per month for CAO/grievance meetings. (b) A CAO/grievance meeting is not confirmed until it has been confirmed by all parties. (c) If the grievant fails to appear for a CAO/grievance meeting, the meeting may be rescheduled one time. Failure of the grievant to show for a second time will result in the meeting proceeding without the grievant.
