GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS. Section 13.1 The Commonwealth and each covered employee shall pay the monthly premium rate for the Group Health Insurance Plan in a percentage amount determined by the General Court for the type of coverage that is provided for him/her and his/her dependents under the Plan. Section 13.2 With regard to the health insurance coverage of regular part-time employees working less than twenty (20) hours a week, which is currently restricted by statute, a joint Association/Management Committee shall study the advisability of the extension of coverage to those part-time employees. All other regular part-time employees shall be eligible to receive health insurance coverage if they so desire.
