GUEST FEES. In addition to rent, Owner agrees that guests may be charged a reservation and/or amenity fee to be retained by Manager.
GUEST FEES. 8.1 MTRP and the Host will agree on the minimum monthly amount that the Host would like to receive from the guest bookings to be recorded on the booking confirmation document to be completed at each individual booking. This is the amount MTRP will start with as MTRP price quotes for guests. Daily amounts will also be calculated with monthly amounts to account for rentals above 30 days. Cleaning fee after the guest check out is the responsibility of the Host. The check out cleaning fee will be collected by MTRP and provided to the Host for completion of cleaning.

GUEST FEES. Residents will pay an additional fee of $50.00 per month for each month or partial month a guest stays on the Resident’s space for more than 20 consecutive days or a total of 30 non-consecutive days in a calendar year. Guest fees will be due commencing on the first day following the expiration of 20 consecutive days or a total of 30 non-consecutive days in a calendar year, which ever occurs first. Guest fees shall be paid in advance and shall be paid prospectively on the first day of each month, thereafter. Guest fees will be owed whether or not the guest has been registered with OWNER. No guest fee will be charged for persons described in Civil Code § 798.34(b),(c) or (d), or the "immediate family" of the Resident, defined as the Resident, his or her spouse, their parents, their children, and their grandchildren under 18 years of age.
