GUEST LIST. For Security Reasons, we ask that a guest list with the names of those planning to attend an event be submitted to the Events Office one week before Event Date.
GUEST LIST. The Artist reserves the right to admit up to 10 guests free of charge without prejudice to his fee. The Artist or their representative may submit the names of such guests at any time before doors open.

To comply with state and county licensing requirements, Bridge Creek Cottage is mandated to have a list of all overnight guests (name, address and phone number) prior to arrival at the Cottage. Please note the following policies: -A $350 deposit is required to hold your reservation at Bridge Creek Cottage. -All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat. If the balance is not received within 30 days of the retreat, your reservation may be canceled with no refund of the deposit. -Reservations cancelled more than 120 days in advance of the retreat are eligible for a full refund. - If it becomes necessary to cancel or to change dates within 120 days of your retreat, please notify us immediately. If we can rent your reserved dates, we will gladly transfer your payments to another date. - If roads and schools are closed due to blizzard conditions, arrangements can be made. We want our guests to be safe and we want you to come back! -Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of the Bridge Creek Cottage owners. About the cottage… Accidents happen… if something breaks during your stay, please leave a note so that it can be taken care of for the next occupants. However, the group coordinator and invitees will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property, the house or its contents. An itemized list of damages and an invoice for the repairs will be sent to the renter payable immediately. Bridge Creek Cottage is a pet-free and non-smoking facility. There is a bucket with sand to safely deposit cigarette butts on the front patio. No spray adhesives are permitted indoors. Dying fabric in the washing machine is not permitted. A cleaning company will come do deep cleaning after you leave. Please leave the house in an orderly fashion. Accidents also happen with people. There are sharp cutting systems and hot electric tools for guest use. Bridge Creek Cottage cannot be responsible for injuries. GUEST LIST. City will maintain a Guest list. As appropriate, City personnel will be responsible for assigning Guest rooms.

GUEST LIST. The PROMOTER will provide the artist with a guest list of ten (10) persons at no cost to the artist whatsoever TECHNICAL RIDER: PA: The PROMOTER agrees to provide and pay for a first class PA system for this engagement at no cost to the ARTIST. All necessary crew and operators are to be in attendance throughout the entire duration of the ARTIST’s performance. The PA should have powerful bass and produce 10-12 xxxxx per person and should be adequate to the size and capacity of the club or festival.
GUEST LIST. The Artist will have a guest list of up to 20 names and these people will be admitted free of charge. In a seated venue the guest list seats must be best seats. Any unused guest list tickets will be returned to the Purchaser for resale.
