Guidance for Supporting Photographs for EHP Grant. Submissions Photographs are a vital component of the EHP review process and add an additional level of understanding about the nature and scope of the project. They also provide pre-project documentation of site conditions. Please follow the guidance provided below when preparing photographs for your EHP submission. The following pages provide examples of best practices used in earlier EHP submissions. Minimum requirements for photographs 1. Photographs should be in color. 2. Label all photographs with the name of facility, location (city/county, state) and physical location (physical address or latitude-longitude). 3. Label the photographs to clearly illustrate relevant features of the project, such as location of installed features (e.g., cameras, fences, sirens, antennas, generators) and ground disturbance. See examples below. 4. Identify ground disturbance. Adding graphics to a digital photograph is a means to illustrate the size, scope and location of ground disturbing activities. Best Practices 1. Provide photographs in a separate file. 2. Place no more than 2 pictures per page. 3. Compressing pictures files (such as with Microsoft Picture Manager)1 or saving the file in PDF format will reduce the size of the file and facilitate e-mail submissions. 4. Identify the photograph file with the project name so that it can be matched to the corresponding FEMA EHP screening form. 5. Maximum file size for enclosures should not exceed 12 MB. If the total size of files for an EHP submission exceeds 12 MB, send the submission in multiple e-mails. 6. If necessary, send additional photographs or data in supplemental e-mails. Please use the same e-mail subject line with the additional label: 1 of x, 2 of x, . . . x of x.

  • SCHEDULE FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS 8.1 The performance of each Employee in relation to his/her performance agreement shall be reviewed on the following dates with the understanding that reviews in the first and third quarter may be verbal if performance is satisfactory:

  • Criteria for Evaluation Criteria for employee performance review shall be made available to the employee before the start of the evaluation period and shall remain unchanged during the evaluation period unless the employee is made aware of the changes.

  • Performance Reviews The Employee will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Performance Monitoring A. Performance Monitoring of Subrecipient by County, State of California and/or HUD shall consist of requested and/or required written reporting, as well as onsite monitoring by County, State of California or HUD representatives.

  • Xxxxxxx to Meet Timelines Failure by the Union to comply with the timelines will result in the automatic withdrawal of the grievance. Failure by the Employer to comply with the timelines will entitle the Union to move the grievance to the next step of the procedure.

  • Progress Update Information included with the annual Data Access Request (DAR) renewal or Closeout summarizing the analysis of controlled-access datasets obtained through the DAR and any publications and presentations derived from the work.

  • Program Review The Contracting Officer or other authorized government representative may hold semi- annual program review meetings. Such meetings will be held via telecom or video teleconferencing. However, the Government reserves the right to request a meeting in person. The meetings will include all BPA holders, representatives from prospective customer agencies, a combination of current and prospective customer agencies, or individual BPA holders. Some Federal Government Agencies and any approved State, Local and Tribal agencies may establish a central program management function. Such users may require their primary suppliers to participate in agency program review meetings on a periodic basis, at no additional cost to the Government.

  • School Board Review The School Board reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the School Board or its representative notifies the parties of its intention to review within ten (10) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the School Board reviews a grievance under this section, the School Board reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision.
