Guidelines for Regularly Scheduled Meetings. In general, regularly scheduled meetings for all staff in a building outside of preparation time will include a weekly Professional Learning Community (PLC) meeting as well as a weekly collaboration meeting among grade levels, departments, integrated services and special education to plan and prepare instruction. Up to two faculty or building staff development meetings may be scheduled each month. Stipended positions or voluntary committees that meet on an infrequent basis are excluded from these guidelines. In 2016-2017, the collaboration meetings may be scheduled within the assigned planning and preparation time. IEP meetings and child study teams may be required to address the specific needs of individual students and as such, do not fall within the guidelines of Section 6.

  • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis. Such meetings shall take place during regular working hours. Bargaining unit employees authorized to attend these meetings shall be considered to be on work time.

  • Required Meetings An employee or owner operator who is required to attend any meeting on Company business shall be paid at his/her regular rate of pay for such meetings occurring during his/her regular shift or at applicable rates of pay for all such time spent outside of his/her regular shift. Any meetings necessary to comply with the formal grievance provisions of this Article will be held during normal working hours at no loss of pay to the employees or owner operators concerned.

  • Periodic Meetings As reasonably required by Owner, Manager and other personnel engaged or involved in the management and operation of the Properties shall meet to discuss the historical results of operations and to consider deviations from budget.

  • Required Meetings or Hearings Whenever any employee is required to appear before the Superintendent or his designee, Board or any committee, member, representative or agent thereof concerning any matter which could adversely affect the continuation of that employee in his office, position, or employment or the salary of any increments pertaining thereto, then he shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meetings or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association present to advise him and represent him during such meetings or interview.

  • Notice of Board Meetings Notice of Board meetings shall be given by the Chair or the Chair’s designee to each other Board Member by overnight courier service, email or other electronic transmission, or personal delivery. Notices shall be deemed to have been given: if given by courier service, when deposited with a courier service for overnight delivery with charges therefor prepaid or duly provided for; if given email or other electronic transmission, at the time of sending; and if given by personal delivery, at the time of delivery. Notices given by personal delivery may be in writing or oral. Written notices shall be sent to a Board Member at the postal address, email address or address for other electronic transmission, designated by him or her for that purpose or, if none has been so designated, at his or her last known residence or business address, email address or address for other electronic transmission.   • Mandatory Meetings All residential students are required to attend the following building meetings. Time & locations will be communicated by the RAs through individual contact, emails and/or signs in the buildings. A $25 fee will be charged to any students who do not attend without an approved absence.   • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The Recipient shall: • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. Determine the number and location of meetings (in-person and via teleconference) in consultation with the CAM. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Schedule that will be presented to the TAC members during recruiting. Revise the schedule after the first TAC meeting to incorporate meeting comments. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Agenda and TAC Meeting Back-up Materials for each TAC meeting. • Organize and lead TAC meetings in accordance with the TAC Meeting Schedule. Changes to the schedule must be pre-approved in writing by the CAM. • Prepare TAC Meeting Summaries that include any recommended resolutions of major TAC issues. The TAC shall: • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals. • Review and provide comments to proposed project performance metrics. • Review and provide comments to proposed project Draft Technology Transfer Plan.   • Project Kick-off Meeting The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within thirty days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA's Project Manager to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of sub-contractors and equipment vendors. The purpose of this meeting shall be to finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit to NYSERDA’s Project Manager a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting. Deliverable: A brief report regarding the project kickoff meeting.
