Handback Inspections. The Parties shall conduct inspections of the Project at the times and according to the terms and procedures specified in the Handback Requirements, for the purposes of
(a) determining and verifying the condition of all Elements and their Residual Lives,
(b) adjusting, to the extent necessary based on inspection and analysis, Element Useful Lives, Ages, Residual Lives, estimated costs of Renewal Work and timing of Renewal Work,
(c) revising and updating the Renewal Work Schedule to incorporate such adjustments,
(d) determining the Renewal Work required to be performed and completed prior to reversion of the Project to TxDOT, based on the requirements for Residual Life at Handback specified in the Handback Requirements, the foregoing adjustments and the foregoing changes to the Renewal Work Schedule, (e) verifying that such Renewal Work has been properly performed and completed in accordance with the Handback Requirements, and (f) adjusting Developer’s funding of the Handback Requirements Reserve so that it is funded according to the schedule and amounts required under Exhibit 14.
Handback Inspections. The Parties shall conduct inspections of the Facility at the times and according to the terms and procedures specified in the Handback Requirements and the approved Handback Plan pursuant to Section 19.3 of the Technical Provisions for the purposes of (a) determining and verifying the condition of all Elements and their Residual Lives, (b) adjusting, to the extent necessary based on inspection and analysis, Element Useful Lives, Ages, Residual Lives, estimated costs of Renewal Work and timing of Renewal Work, (c) revising and updating the Renewal Work Schedule to incorporate such adjustments, (d) determining the Renewal Work required to be performed and completed prior to reversion of the Facility to TxDOT, based on (i) the requirements for Residual Life at Handback specified in the Handback Requirements and Section 8.10.1, (ii) the foregoing adjustments and (iii) the foregoing changes to the Renewal Work Schedule, (e) verifying that such Renewal Work has been properly performed and completed in accordance with the Handback Requirements, and (f) adjusting Developer’s funding of the Handback Requirements Reserve so that it is funded according to the schedule and amounts required under Exhibit 12. Developer shall reimburse TxDOT all TxDOT’s Recoverable Costs and other fees, costs and expenses TxDOT incurs in connection with such Residual Life Inspections.
Handback Inspections. The Parties shall conduct inspections of the O&M Limits at the times and according to the terms and procedures specified in the Handback Requirements, for the purposes of:
6.12.2.1 Determining and verifying the condition of all Elements and their Residual Lives;
6.12.2.2 Adjusting, to the extent necessary based on inspection and analysis, Element Useful Lives, Ages, Residual Lives, estimated costs of Rehabilitation Work and timing of Rehabilitation Work;
6.12.2.3 Revising and updating the Rehabilitation Work Schedule to incorporate such adjustments;
6.12.2.4 Determining the Rehabilitation Work required to be performed and completed prior to the Termination Date, based on the requirements for Residual Life at Handback specified in the Handback Requirements, the foregoing adjustments and the foregoing changes to the Rehabilitation Work Schedule;
6.12.2.5 Verifying that such Rehabilitation Work has been properly performed and completed in accordance with the Handback Requirements; and
6.12.2.6 Adjusting Developer’s funding of the Handback Requirements Reserve Account so that it is funded according to the schedule and amounts required under Exhibit 6 (Handback Requirements Reserve Elements and Reserve Funding Mechanism).
Handback Inspections. The Parties shall conduct inspections of the Project at the times and according to the terms and procedures specified in the Handback Requirements, for the purposes of:
(a) Determining and verifying the condition of all Elements and their Residual Lives;
(b) Adjusting, to the extent necessary based on inspection and analysis, Element Useful Lives, Ages, Residual Lives, estimated costs of Renewal Work and timing of Renewal Work;
(c) Revising and updating the O&M Work Schedule to incorporate such adjustments;
(d) Determining the Renewal Work required to be performed and completed prior to the Termination Date, based on the requirements for Residual Life at Handback specified in the Handback Requirements, the foregoing adjustments and the foregoing changes to the O&M Work Schedule;
Handback Inspections. The Contractor and the Province shall jointly carry out the following handback inspections (consisting of all appropriate examinations and tests, carried out in accordance with all applicable Technical Requirements) in order to assess what work (including, in the case of the New Infrastructure, major rehabilitation work as required) is likely to be required in order to achieve the Handback Requirements:
(a) the first handback inspection shall take place at a time, specified by the Province following consultation with the Contractor, that is at least 57 months and not more than 63 months prior to expiry of the Term;
(b) the second handback inspection shall take place at a time, specified by the Province following consultation with the Contractor, that is at least 15 months and not more than 18 months prior to expiry of the Term; and
(c) the third handback inspection shall take place at a time, specified by the Province following consultation with the Contractor, that is not more than one month prior to the expiry of the Term.
Handback Inspections. The Department will conduct inspections of the Project at the times and according to the terms and procedures specified in the Handback Requirements.
Handback Inspections. The Parties shall conduct inspections of the O&M Limits at the times and according to the terms and procedures specified in the Handback Requirements, for the purposes of:
(a) Determining and verifying the condition of all Elements and their Residual Lives;
(b) Adjusting, to the extent necessary based on inspection and analysis, Element Useful Lives, Ages, Residual Lives, estimated costs of Renewal Work and timing of Renewal Work; adjustments;
(c) Revising and updating the O&M Work Schedule to incorporate such
(d) Determining the Renewal Work required to be performed and completed prior to the Termination Date, based on the requirements for Residual Life at Handback specified in the Handback Requirements, the foregoing adjustments and the foregoing changes to the O&M Work Schedule;
(e) Verifying that such Renewal Work has been properly performed and completed in accordance with the Handback Requirements.
Handback Inspections. The Parties shall conduct inspections of the Project at the times and according to the terms and procedures specified in Section 4 of Exhibit 2, for the purposes of:
3.10.2.1. Determining and verifying the condition of all Maintenance Elements and their Residual Lives;
3.10.2.2. Adjusting, to the extent necessary based on inspection and analysis, Useful Lives, Ages, Residual Lives, estimated costs of Renewal Work and timing of Renewal Work;
3.10.2.3. Revising and updating the Renewal Work Schedule to incorporate such adjustments;
3.10.2.4. Determining the Renewal Work required to be performed and completed prior to the expiration of the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement, based on the requirements for Residual Life at Handback specified in the Handback Requirements, the foregoing adjustments and the foregoing changes to the Renewal Work Schedule; and
3.10.2.5. Verifying that such Renewal Work has been properly performed and completed in accordance with the Handback Requirements.
Handback Inspections. The Contractor and the Province shall jointly carry out the following handback inspections (consisting of all appropriate examinations and tests, carried out in accordance with all applicable Technical Requirements) in order to assess what work, including major renewal work as required, is likely to be required in order to achieve the Handback Requirements:
(a) the first handback inspection shall take place at a time, specified by the Province following consultation with the Contractor, that is at least 57 months and not more than 63 months prior to expiry of the Term;
(b) the second handback inspection shall take place at a time, specified by the Province following consultation with the Contractor, that is at least 28 months and not more than 34 months prior to expiry of the Term; and
(c) the third handback inspection shall take place at a time, specified by the Province following consultation with the Contractor, that is not more than one month prior to the expiry of the Term.
Handback Inspections. The Parties shall conduct inspections of the O&M Limits at the times and according to the terms and procedures specified in the Handback Requirements, for the purposes of:
(a) Determining and verifying the condition of all Elements and their Residual
(b) Adjusting, to the extent necessary based on inspection and analysis, Element

(d) Determining the Renewal Work required to be performed and completed prior to the Termination Date, based on the requirements for Residual Life at Handback specified in the Handback Requirements, the foregoing adjustments and the foregoing changes to the Renewal Work Schedule;
(e) Verifying that such Renewal Work has been properly performed and completed in accordance with the Handback Requirements.
