Handbook for Professional Employees. It is understood that the provisions, policies, and administrative regulations of the Handbook for Professional Employees shall be binding on the parties hereto, except to the extent that any specific provision thereof may be superseded by a specific provision or provisions of this Agreement, in which event this Agreement shall control.
