In order to use the Voice Service, you are required to provide certain Customer Equipment, such as a phone handset or equivalent, inside phone wiring and outlets, and a powered electrical outlet. If we cannot get access to your inside phone wiring, you will need a cordless phone to use our Services throughout your dwelling.
