Harassment, Discrimination and Violence a) The Company and the Union recognize the right of employees to work in a harassment free environment and are committed to providing a workplace that is supportive of the dignity, self-esteem and contribution of all employees. Workplace harassment is conduct that is unwanted or unwelcome and unnecessary and is known or ought to be reasonably known to be unwelcome, and that can be related to any of the group grounds of discrimination prohibited by law, the Collective Agreement and/or Employer Policy.
