Health and Dental Care. All employees covered in this agreement who subscribe to the Board's health care plan shall pay 17% and the Board shall pay 83% of the cost. All employees covered in this agreement who subscribe to the Board’s dental insurance shall pay 2% and the Board shall pay 98% of the cost.
Health and Dental Care. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company's medical and disability plans applicable to senior officers of the Company in accordance with the terms of such plans as in effect from time to time. Specifically, the Executive, his spouse and his children who are under the age of 18 shall participate in the Regeance BlueShield Preferred Provider Plan (PPO) plan. In addition, the Executive shall participate in the Company's permanent health insurance plan or receive payment for his personal permanent health insurance plan, at his sole discretion. The Executive shall participate in any disability plan of the Company that replaces his Salary under this Agreement in the event that he suffers a Disability (as defined in Section 4(d)).
Health and Dental Care. The Financial master contract provided by the Company on ------ to the Association, (attached), shah form the basis for all coverage. AIRPORT PARKING The Company agrees to pay the cost of airport parking for pilots. If the Association makes alternate arrangements for parking, the Company will supplement the cost to the maximum being paid for Company provided parking. The existing Letter of Understanding No. “Council Airport Parking” shah continue in effect and form part of this Collective Agreement.
