Common use of Health and Safety Grievances Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety Grievances. A. As hereinafter provided in this Agreement, grievances alleging specific unsafe or unsanitary physical conditions in the plant, including such grievances which might also involve questions of possible violations of Section 1 of this Article, properly presented and/or appealed will be subject to consideration in a Special Step 3 meeting and possible strike action. B. Grievances involving the interpretation and application of the terms of Sections 2 and 3 of this Article will be subject to processing through the regular Grievance Procedure, including arbitration.
