Support includes: ▪ assessing and analyzing assessment findings so that an appropriate behavior support plan may be designed; ▪ developing an individualized behavior support plan consistent with the outcomes identified in the individual’s plan of services and supports; ▪ training and consulting with family members or other providers and, as appropriate, the individual; ▪ and monitoring and evaluating the success of the behavioral support plan and modifying the plan as necessary. Nursing: Treatment and monitoring of health care procedures prescribed by physician or medical practitioner or required by standards of professional practice or state law to be performed by licensed nursing personnel.   • Prior Employment Executive represents and warrants that Executive’s acceptance of employment with the Company has not breached, and the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder will not breach, any duty owed by Executive to any prior employer or other person.   • Contractor Employee Conduct The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.

  • TEACHER EMPLOYMENT 8.1. The Board agrees to employ only those teachers who hold at least a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and are certifiable by the New Hampshire State Department of Education. This provision shall not apply in the instance where the availability of personnel is critical and an appropriate waiver is granted by the New Hampshire State Department of Education.
