Helpers. (i) The Employers shall have the right to hire local area Helpers to assist Refrigeration Mechanics on out of town projects. These will be projects located greater than one hundred (100) kilometers from the city limits of Edmonton or Calgary. The union will be contacted prior to hiring any helpers. There will be a maximum of three helpers on any given project with no greater than a maximum ratio of one helper for each Journeyman.
