Higher Duties Allowance. β 10.3.1 A higher duties allowance will be paid to xxxxxxx who, by agreement, act in a higher position for a period of at least five consecutive days. Approved leave will neither count towards nor interrupt the qualifying period. 10.3.2 Kaimahi may be asked to act in a higher position for less than five consecutive days without any additional payment.
