In-Charge Allowance - Retail Employees. An employee employed as a Postal Services Officer or Senior Postal Services Officer Grade 1 who performs the in-charge supervisory role during extended trading hours at a retail facility will be paid an allowance to raise salary to the salary shown for this allowance in the Australia Post Human Resources Manual Rates of Pay Booklet.
