Common use of Higher Risk Employees Clause in Contracts

Higher Risk Employees. 25 Employees who are at higher risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 [as that term is 26 defined by the Governor's proclamation] may choose to come to work at a District work site 27 when required by the employee's assignment or may choose to access any or all of the 28 following benefits under the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or 29 law:

Higher Risk Employees. 25 32 Employees who are at higher risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 [COVID-19, as that term is 26 33 defined by the Governor's ’s Proclamation 20-46.2 or a subsequent, binding proclamation] , may 34 choose to come to work at a District work site 27 worksite when required by the employee's ’s assignment 35 or may choose to access any or all of the 28 following benefits under the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) CBA or 29 36 law:
