HIRING HALL NOTIFICATION. ‌ The City agrees to provide IBEW a copy of all job announcements for permanent positions in Unit 7. The City also agrees to provide IBEW a copy of all job announcements for temporary employment for classifications in Unit 7. Provision of such notices to IBEW does not obligate the City to hire from IBEW or any other groups and crafts hiring hall. The City reserves the right to consider qualified applicants via the City’s temporary applicant pool before opening a recruitment for temporary employment.

  • Recall Notification Notice of recall shall be sent to the bargaining unit member by certified mail. The City shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation by mailing the recall notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last address provided by the bargaining unit member.

  • Prior Notification Unless specifically prohibited by applicable law or court order, each of the Banks and the Agent shall, prior to disclosure thereof, notify the Borrower of any request for disclosure of any such non-public information by any governmental agency or representative thereof (other than any such request in connection with an examination of the financial condition of such Bank by such governmental agency) or pursuant to legal process.

  • Union Notification The Union shall be notified of all appointments, hirings, layoffs, transfers, recalls and terminations of employment.

  • REPORTING - NOTIFICATION A. Quarterly Reports In addition to any reports required pursuant to §19 or pursuant to any exhibit, for any contract having a term longer than 3 months, Local Agency shall submit, on a quarterly basis, a written report specifying progress made for each specified performance measure and standard in this Agreement. Such progress report shall be in accordance with the procedures developed and prescribed by the State. Progress reports shall be submitted to the State not later than five (5) Business Days following the end of each calendar quarter or at such time as otherwise specified by the State.
