Historic and Archeological Resources. The Maine Historic Preservation Commission (MHPC) has identified prehistoric and historic archeological sites below the high water line in the five districts. The Harbor Committee and Harbor Master shall cooperate with the MHPC in reviewing any conservation measures consistent with MHPC regulations within the designated harbor districts of Section 5. The Harbor Committee and Harbor Master shall cooperate with the MHPC in reviewing development proposals with structures located below the high water line when a MHPC permit is required.

Historic and Archeological Resources. If whole or fragmented skeletal elements (bones), fossils, or historic or archeological artifacts, resources, features, or sites are discovered during field activities, the Contractor shall halt work immediately and report the discovery to the AF base POC, the CO, and the COR via telephone, to be followed within 24 hours by written notification to the CO. Additionally, the Contractor shall take action to secure the work site, prevent unauthorized entry, and avoid any further damage or disruption to the location; notifying security police, command post, or others of authority satisfies the securing the site requirement once they arrive. Permission to proceed with field activities in the area will be granted by the CO, after coordination with the AF base or local/regional AFCEC Cultural Resources Manager. The Contractor shall not publicize or disclose the existence of said elements, artifacts, etc., to unauthorized persons or entities without specific written permission from the CO, who will coordinate with the local/regional AFCEC Cultural Resources Manager.
Historic and Archeological Resources. The Consultant will complete a Phase 1 cultural resources survey for property and/or resources in the area of potential effect that may be defined as “historic propertyin accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (NHPA). The Consultant will incorporate the results of this survey into the project GIS database, if applicable, and will report the results of this survey in the NEPA document. Copies of the draft and final cultural resources reports will be provided to the City and Iowa DOT to assist with the Section 106 review process. Work beyond the Phase 1 survey is not included in this Scope of Services.

  • Additional Resources The WLSC may establish workgroups that include other department representatives and/or subject matter experts. These subcommittees will conform with rules established by the WLSC.

  • Cultural Resources If a cultural resource is discovered, the Purchaser shall immediately suspend all operations in the vicinity of the cultural resource and notify the Forest Officer. Operations may only resume if authorized by the Forest Officer. Cultural resources identified and protected elsewhere in this contract are exempted from this clause. Cultural resources, once discovered or identified, are not to be disturbed by the Purchaser, or his, her or its employees and/or sub- contractors.

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following:

  • Engineer Resources The Engineer shall furnish and maintain quarters for the performance of all services, in addition to providing adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the services required under the contract. The Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the services required under this contract, or it will be able to obtain such personnel from sources other than the State.

  • FINANCIAL RESOURCES The Adviser has the financial resources available to it necessary for the performance of its services and obligations contemplated in the Pricing Disclosure Package, the Prospectus, and under this Agreement, the Investment Management Agreement and the Administration Agreement.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
