HLAVNÝ SKÚŠAJÚCI. Principal Investigator will be responsible for the direction of the Study in accordance with applicable Institution policies, which Institution warrants and represents are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement and the Protocol. If, for any reason, he/she is unable to continue to serve as Principal Investigator and a successor acceptable to Institution, Medpace, and Sponsor is not available, this Agreement shall be terminated as provided in the Term and Termination section. Institution and Principal Investigator warrant and represent that Principal Investigator is fully qualified to conduct the Study and to serve in the capacity of Principal Investigator. Principal Investigator and all persons or entities who perform any portion of the Study (“Study Personnel”) shall be employees or subcontractors of Institution and Institution shall be responsible for their compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Institution and Principal Investigator represent that neither Principal Investigator nor Institution are a citizen or resident of the United States, or a corporation or partnership that is and has been treated as a U.S. corporation or U.S. partnership, and that all payments received under this Agreement will be for services rendered outside the United States. Ak hlavný skúšajúci nebude z nejakého dôvodu môcť ďalej vykonávať svoju funkciu a ak nebude k dispozícii žiadny jeho nástupca, ktorý by bol pre zdravotnícke zariadenie, spoločnosť Medpace a zadávateľa prijateľný, táto zmluva bude vypovedaná v súlade s časťou Lehota platnosti a ukončenie zmluvy. Zdravotnícke zariadenie a hlavný skúšajúci zaručujú a vyhlasujú, že hlavný skúšajúci má plnú kvalifikáciu na vykonávanie skúšania a funkcie hlavného skúšajúceho. Hlavný skúšajúci a všetky osoby alebo subjekty, ktoré budú vykonávať nejakú časť skúšania („pracovníci skúšania“), budú zamestnancami alebo subdodávateľmi zdravotníckeho zariadenia a zdravotnícke zariadenie bude zodpovedné za to, aby dodržiavali podmienky tejto zmluvy.   • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows: • Removable complete or partial dentures, for Members 15 years of age and above, including six (6) months follow-up care; • Additional services including insertion of identification slips, repairs, relines and rebases and treatment of cleft palate; and • Interim prosthesis for Members five (5) to 15 years of age. We do not Cover implants or implant related services.
