Common use of Holiday Call-in Clause in Contracts

Holiday Call-in. An Employee who is called in on a holiday shall receive a minimum of one-half (1/2) the normal day’s work at double (2) time in addition to holiday pay.

Holiday Call-in. An Employee who is called in Any employee not scheduled to work on a holiday and then is called into work, shall receive a minimum of one-half (1/2) the normal day’s work at double two (2) time times the hourly rate for all hours worked in addition to the scheduled holiday at the employee’s straight time rate of pay.
