Holidays During Scheduled Vacation. In the event one or more municipal holidays fall within a vacation leave, such holidays shall not be charged as vacation leave, and the vacation leave shall be extended accordingly. The provisions of this Section shall not apply to those positions in which holidays, due to the necessities of public health and safety, are normal working days.
