Holidays for Full Time Employees who Work in Twenty. Four (24) Hour Facilities AND who do NOT Accrue Four (4) Hours per Month of Personal Holiday Credit: A. All of the provisions of Section 12 apply to all of the full time employees who work in twenty-four (24) hour facilities, who do not accrue four (4) hours per month of personal holiday credit. B. Additionally, when a holiday falls on the regularly scheduled day off of a full-time employee who works in a twenty-four (24) hour facility AND who does not accrue four (4) hours per month of personal holiday credit, the employee’s regularly scheduled day off moves to the employee’s next scheduled work day.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employment Employees who are employed on a full-time basis will work 38 ordinary hours each week or an average of 38 ordinary hours each week over a cycle of shifts.
