Holidays on Saturday or Sunday. 5.19.1 When a holiday falls on a Saturday the preceding workday shall be deemed to be the holiday in lieu of the day observed. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the following workday shall be deemed to be the holiday in lieu of the day observed. 5.19.2 The operation of this Article shall not cause any employee to lose any of the holidays clearly indicated in the Article.
