Homecare Worker Attendance at Trainings. ‌ HCWs currently employed will receive a stipend for actual hours in attendance at HCC sponsored training classes, and the classes must be applicable to HCWs. HCWs will only receive a stipend once per year to take the same training class. Subject to approval by the HCC the stipend payment will be at the base rate for HCWs and PSWs.

Homecare Worker Attendance at Trainings. Subject to available funding and where the Home Care Commission agrees with the recommendations of the Training Committee, active Homecare Workers will be paid for actual hours in attendance at Home Care Commission sponsored training.

  • Medical Care Leave An Employee who is unable to make the necessary arrangements for maintenance of personal health care outside of scheduled work time, shall be granted time off with pay. Such time off shall not exceed sixteen (16) working hours per calendar year. Hours in excess of sixteen (16) hours per calendar year shall be deducted from the Employee's sick leave accumulation.
